The collaboration agreements have been signed today, 31 July, at Molina de Segura Town Hall.
Thanks to the financial partnership between TM Real Estate Group and the Molina de Segura Council, at least 45 families in need will have their rent paid.
The act of signing the collaboration agreements between TM Real Estate Group and the Spanish Cruz Roja in Molina de Segura for the “Residential Exclusion Prevention Project” and the collaboration agreement between the Local Council and the Cruz Roja to pay the rent on properties took place this very morning at the Town Hall.
The Mayor, Esther Clavero, the councillor for housing, Rocío Balsalobre, the Chair of TM Real Estate Group, Ángeles Serna, and the Chair of the Cruz Roja in Molina de Segura, María José Almagro, attended the signing.
Through this collaboration agreement, TM Real Estate Group has committed to cooperating financially with the Regional Assembly of the Cruz Roja in Molina de Segura, with a financial contribution that will be partly used to pay the rent of families in the municipality who currently live at risk of social exclusion or experience situations of dire need.
Moreover, the agreement signed between the Molina de Segura Council and the Spanish Cruz Roja aims to manage the financial benefits in terms of the temporary renting of properties to alleviate or resolve situations of social emergency relating to access to permanent housing.
The financial benefits that both the Council and TM Real Estate Group will contribute to the project amount to a total of €35,780, which will be used to help more than 45 families in the area with limited financial resources.
With the signing of this agreement, TM Real Estate Group is now taking part in three initiatives to improve access to housing for the underprivileged within the framework of its Corporate Social Responsibility policy. The first project, the construction of the José Luis Serna Noh Bec Kindergarten and Primary School in Riviera Maya, Mexico is at a very advanced stage, whereas the second, the José Luis Serna Village in India, is in the early stages of planning and execution.
