Within the framework of our CSR policy, we organised the 1st Meeting with Suppliers to the construction area in Torrevieja, which was attended by more than 100 representatives of collaborating companies from various provinces in Spain.
This meeting was held with the aim of creating a space for dialogue to strengthen our relationships with suppliers—an essential part of our value chain—, as well as increasing awareness of the group’s Ethical Code, convinced as we are that the promotion of a culture of social responsibility contributes to business success and continuous improvement.
The event was opened by the Corporate Governance Director, Ángeles Serna, who shared the objectives and principles of the CSR policy and the importance of conveying the values that inspire it to all stakeholders, with a special emphasis on suppliers.
Other issues were also addressed during the day, such as the corporate values, promoting ethical behaviour, the procurement process and the importance of maintaining standards of competitiveness, transparency and business efficiency in the processes.
The CEO, Pablo Serna, ended the day by highlighting the great work performed by the suppliers – some of which have been collaborating with the company for more than 20 years – thanking all those present for their attendance and for continuing to place their trust in us.
