The Mar de Pulpí residential complex in Almeria hosted the 1st TM Real Estate Group Agents’ Convention on September 7, which was attended by one hundred collaborating agencies from different European countries.
Over 200 individual real estate agents had the chance to meet all the members of the sales team and make a guided tour of the various phases of this iconic TM project on the Almeria coastline.
The convention was scheduled for two morning and afternoon sessions, focusing on presenting the latest news and real estate projects both in Spain and Mexico. Also being presented was the group’s new website and the recently launched appointment management application for agents.
Pablo Serna, CEO of TM, was in charge of opening the first session with a welcome speech in which he spoke about the company’s history and its present and future objectives.
After this, the management team of the Sales Area gave more details on TN’s corporate values, emphasising the company’s current development activities, its strengths and differentiating characteristics, which have all made TM a leader in the second homes market.
To close the first session, sales managers from Mallorca, Costa Blanca, Murcia, Costa de Almeria and Costa del Sol talked about the ongoing projects and developments in each of their areas. The product getting the most attention was Flamenca Village, the new TM Real Estate Group residential estate in Orihuela Costa.
During the afternoon, the head of the International Area presented TM development projects in Mexico to attendees, where the group currently has two developments located in strategic locations of the Maya Riviera through “The Fives Beach & Residences by TM”.
The day ended with a public recognition of various agencies: Secundo, with an award to the agency having sold the most projects in 2017/2018; Medland, with an award for the agency having made sales in the most countries in 2017/2018; and SkandiaMäklarna, recognised as the agency with the best history.
As a finishing touch, an additional period was announced until the end of the year for two more prizes to be awarded at year’s end: top sellers and top sales in all different projects.
