A business proves that all the hard work, effort and enthusiasm have paid off when its achievements are acknowledged and respected. This year, TM Real Estate Group has been honored with several of the most important prizes and awards in the business and real estate sector, of which we would like to make a special mention of the two which make us most proud.

In early October, our company was given the award for “Best Professional Career” in the 3rd edition of the In4Bankia Business Awards, organized by the Alicante Press Editorial group and the financial entity Bankia, whose objective is to support the society of Alicante through the recognition of the leading companies in the province. The category in which we were awarded gives recognition to companies with more than 15 years trajectory in the search of professional, organizational and business excellence.

Pablo Serna, CEO, was bestowed the honor of collecting the award from Adrián Ivora, CEO of TV and Radio for the Iberian Press, and during his speech he dedicated the award to all those who have made it possible during these last 49 years, and also made reference to the important role of entrepreneurs in the residential tourism sector, for their direct contribution to job creation and the generation of wealth and well-being.

Also in October we again won awards in two categories of the prestigious European Property Awards. Mar de Pulpí, our residential complex on the coast of Almeria, received both the ‘Best Residential Development’ and the ‘Best Mixed-use Development’, two awards which value the concordance and harmony between residential, shops and leisure spaces.
