TM Real Estate Group is at the top of the annual leaderboard for independent property development in Spain based on turnover and is ranked third out of the principal 100 Spanish companies in the sector, as shown in the report featuring the top 750 property constructors and developers published each year by Alimarket Construcción.
The group’s net sales in 2017 totalled €222.53 million. This represents an increase of 46% compared with the previous year in which it recorded net sales of €152.66 million.

According to the study conducted by Alimarket on the global turnover of the top 750 Spanish constructors and developers, in 2017 the construction sector in Spain generated €112 billion, making residential building the key driving force of this recovery. The top 100 companies specialising in residential construction recorded a turnover totalling €5.75 billion with a works portfolio worth €9.8 billion.
