A great begining to the year

Having 2018 finished recently,  at TM we had to admit that we’re proud of how busy we’ve been with new developments and deliveries. Here’s a look at our new phases and promotions over the last twelve months. Let us take you on a brief tour…

Mar de Pulpí ​​doubled in growth this year: in January we launched the 5th phase, Jarilla, and in October, the 6th phase, Linara, opened in our little Mediterranean ‘village’.

Both phases share similar features: homes with up to three bedrooms with private garage or solarium, premium qualities, extensive communal areas with three swimming pools, whirlpool, garden walkways… Linara, however, sits right on the beachfront, offering unbeatable views from its terraces over the beach of Los Nardos.

The spring brought the most intense months

March was Majorca month. Pinars de Murada, close to the main coves in Manacor, increased in size when we put the 7th phase on sale. In the same month, Moli d’Es Trenc saw the light, a residential estate conceived with the concept of exclusivity as its differentiating element. Comprising independent villas with up to four bedrooms and garden, pool and private garage, Molí d’Es Trenc has become one of the most striking projects on the island of Majorca.

Summer came loaded with very special and important launches for us. The high season began in Busot, with the 3rd phase of the Los Altos de Alicante residential complex being placed on sale.

July came with lots of heat and the launch of the Gala residential estate located on Orihuela Coast. This is a complex where the home designs take advantage of the space to optimise home organisation, with indoor construction dedicated to enhancing well-being with the least amount of power, and which also includes an exclusive after-sales services pack for a whole year.

In August, SIDI 2 by TM became a reality. In the wake of successful sales last year, the second phase of this residential complex did no worse than before: homes with up to 4 bedrooms overlooking the sea, communal areas designed like a true luxury resort, chill-out terraces, infinity pools, outdoor whirlpools, gym, tennis and paddle courts… all placed right on the beachfront.

And as the summer days were waning, September saw the launch of two of the most sought-after projects from TM. First, Benidorm got ready to include the sophisticated silhouette of Sunset Waves on its famous skyline  – a residential complex that is unique for both its design and the features if offers. Then the launch of Flamenca Village by TM reinvented urban planning concepts along Orihuela Coast.

And finally…

As the last quarter of the year came round, as we mentioned above, Linara at Mar de Pulpí and the 2nd phase of Miradores del Sol in Estepona gave clients two different ways to enjoy the coast.

So it was twelve very intensive months and lots of work, but we are very satisfied to see how the family of TM residential estates keeps growing. And this year, in which we are also celebrating our 50th anniversary, we can promise much more…
