The Pulpí Town Hall has completed the improvements on the water supply system for more than 3000 homes in San Juan de los Terreros, which is a marked increase in supply quality for the whole area. Representatives from TM Real Estate Group’s technical team were able to inspect the improvements in the facilities in a visit accompanied by de Pulpí mayor, Juan Pedro García, and those in charge of the project.
A budget of €1,209,019.98 has allowed for all the necessary works on the project to be completed: preliminary earthworks and refills, drainage and waste, tankage, façade waterproofing and painting, pipelines and connections, development automation and remote operation and finishes, such as the waterproofing of the land around the tank, sealing and access to electrical facilities. Furthermore, the enlargement of the tank has also required the laying of 3,600m of 300mm diameter pipes.
The image below shows the Pulpí Mayor, Juan Pedro García, the Councillor for Works and Services, Pedro Jesús Martínez, alongside the team in charge of the project, Antonio Martos, GALASA Managing Director, and some of their engineers and works technicians next to representatives from TM Real Estate Group and the NAPAL company.
