2019 was an extraordinary year for TM, as our 50th anniversary definitely marked a milestone in our history. And we hope you will stay by our side for many more years to come.
2019 saw many of our dreams fulfilled, and now, ready to start off 2020, we want to put the finishing touch on our experiences over the past year, with the hope that we can make the coming year just as good, or even better than it has been.
14 new projects in just 12 months
Here’s a brief summary of our achievements over the last 12 months: 14 new projects, thanks to which the TM family continues to grow.
In Murcia province, Alamos de Molina in Molina de Segura and Altaona in Los Dolores, in Murcia capital, ensure that happy customers can live in a quiet environment while being very close to all the services of the big city.
COSTA DE ALMERIA
On the CostadeAlmería, Mar de Pulpí continues to grow with the launch of Phase 6, expanding the availability of beachfront homes in this development.
And our list of new projects was rounded out by our extensive lineup in Majorca, where Es Far de Portocolom, Es Molí d’Es Trenc and Sant Pere Collection are located – new residential estates on the island set in highly popular locations such as Portocolom, Sa Ràpita, Manacor and Sa Colonia.
And what about 2020? Our list of New Year’s resolutions includes the marketing of new phases being added to existing developments.
Flamenca Village 2, Mar de Pulpí 7 and Miradores del Sol 3 are the new residential areas to be developed this coming year, in addition to 3 new developments on the southern stretch of the Costa Blanca: In the area of Mil Palmeras (Pilar de la Horadada), Las Filipinas (Orihuela Costa) and Rocío del Mar (Torrevieja).
