But maybe we’re too focused on the bigger picture: on excellence, and on the pursuit of well-being. Do you know what we mean? Well, read on and see how we designed an architectural project for the refinement of all five, no, all six senses… Here’s Flamenca Village, our new residential estate on Playa Flamenca, Orihuela Costa, in southern Alicante. Creating a project that provides you with everything you really want is tough, but not impossible. The only essential requirement to bring a dream to fruition is really believing in it. This was the starting point for Flamenca Village: believing that we could develop a different kind of community, where open spaces can be enjoyed without sacrificing privacy, where we can enhance our relationship with nature and follow a more health-oriented lifestyle. Mediterranean-style architectural harmony

To achieve this sensation of beauty, all homes on the estate have views over the green areas and communal spaces, with the home terraces characterising the building design, with their large cantilever platforms emphasising the horizontal lines and depth of the façades, whereas the block construction in white provides the dominant note that accentuates luminosity.
Large parks, pedestrian pathways and bicycle lanes
The Flamenca Village concept means placidly enjoying nature, relaxing, strolling and cycling, to escape from the maddening crowd. The idea was to create an attractive retreat with the best of typical Mediterranean towns while incorporating the atmosphere and urban elements of Central European cities, with their large parks, pedestrian pathways and bicycle lanes. The whole complex was conceived with extensive green areas that are full of life. Façades with jardinières, large flowerpots and planters, stone porticoes, and kilometres of scenic routes with native flora… All these elements are designed to give rhythm to the composition of the complex, with the plants adding colour and freshness to the air.

The LED lighting in communal areas, eco-efficient taps and cisterns with double flush mechanisms also add to the measures that will make you save on your electricity, gas and water bills.
Flamenca Village residential complex complies with our ecological commitment. We use water surfaces in the green areas to reduce ambient temperatures; the landscape architecture uses native vegetation for low water consumption; we use geothermal energy to assist in heating the swimming pool; and there’s a community rainwater reuse system for plant irrigation.
