“Your future loves the Mediterranean” is the neuromarketing campaign slogan with which TM Real Estate Group seeks to share, across Europe, the experience of having a property in the Mediterranean. The company’s key objective is to promote the Spain brand, reactivating residential tourism following the impact of the Coronavirus crisis on the sector.

 

TM Real Estate Group, an Alicante company and leader in the residential tourism sector specialising in the construction and promotion of second homes along the Mediterranean coast has launched, Your future loves the Mediterranean, a neuromarketing campaign to support and reactivate the Spanish residential tourism economy.

 

After the announcement made by the Spanish Government regarding the reopening of its borders on 1st July, and to support the reactivation of the residential tourism sector in Spain, the Alicante company has launched Your future loves the Mediterranean”. The initiative, whose objective is to highlight the merits of the Spain brand and boost sales of second homes, is aimed at both Spain and Europe, in countries such as Belgium, Poland, Russia, Germany, France and Sweden.

 

TM, via its communication channels and social media platforms, wants to offer clients the possibility of enjoying an immersive experience from the comfort of their own home, so that they can get a sense of what it feels like to have a property in the Mediterranean. The campaign has been produced in six languages and incorporates 8D binaural sounds to make the feeling of being in the Mediterranean even more real, without leaving home.

 

Vast skies, peace and tranquillity, new flavours, atmospheres and moments, family, activities in the open air… a multitude of sensations are within the reach of any user through their headphones. In each of the graphics used for the campaign, the Alicante company celebrates the national product and highlights the merits of the Spain brand.
