The TM events we love so much are back! Meetings full of experiences, learning and laughter where all of us who are part of the TM family come together to share and celebrate how the project is growing and adapting to the times, while remaining true to its values and identity.
After more than two years of hiatus due to the pandemic, what better way to get together than celebrating Founder’s Day in a safe and above all joyful way.
It was a very special day among colleagues in which we wanted to pay tribute to our roots, to our land and to the values that our Founder left us and that today represent the essence of who we are.
We enjoyed a family day full of activities, workshops and surprises at Las Moreras Fruit & Veggies, lovingly organised by the team from our agricultural department.
We began with a walk through the crops to learn first-hand about the entire harvesting process and the different varieties of citrus fruits.
Then, after a tour of the warehouse to see the handling process, children and adults participated in various workshops on the quality of fruit, learning how to measure the calibre and sugar level and making their own juices.
Finally, with great enthusiasm, our friends from Las Moreras showed us the museum shop. This space is designed to reflect the forward-looking nature based on respect for the essence of our origins, decorated with pieces from the old farm, where you can buy a wide variety of local products from our land such as honey, homemade jams and citrus liqueurs, among others.
At the end of the day, after a few words of welcome and thanks, we enjoyed a meal among friends full of companionship.
