TM Real Estate Group has renewed its sponsorship for the second consecutive season and is reinforcing its commitment to the club, becoming its main sponsor.
The club competes in the ASOBAL league, the highest category of Spanish handball, and is competing in the EHF European League this season.
Torrevieja, 26 July 2022 – TM Real Estate Group, a leading Alicante-based company in the residential tourism sector, specialising in the construction and development of second homes along the Mediterranean coast, has reached an agreement with the Club Balonmano Benidorm to become its main sponsor. By virtue of this agreement, the club will change its name to TM Benidorm, a brand that will be used by the sports club this season in all its commitments in the ASOBAL League, the highest category of Spanish handball, and the EHF European League competition.
The signing of the sponsorship agreement, which took place at TM Benidorm’s facilities, reinforces the Alicante-based company’s strong commitment to supporting sport, as the only representative of the Valencian Community in the top Spanish handball league.

Javier Abinzano, president of TM Benidorm, commented: “Soon we will start a new season full of excitement, our ninth year in the ASOBAL league, participating in the Copa del Rey and, in addition, we will be returning to Europe, to the EHF European League, for the second time. I hope it goes well and we can compete at our best, especially to get rid of the thorn in our side after our previous participation, which was cut short prematurely.”
