TM Real Estate Group, a leading Alicante-based company in the residential tourism sector, specialising in the construction and development of second homes along the Mediterranean coast and in the Caribbean, won two awards at the recent International Property Awards for its Sunset Cliffs and Flamenca Village projects, in the “Residential high-rise development” and “Residential development 20+units for Spain” categories.
The awards ceremony took place in London on 27th October. Our International Business Manager, Daniel Sánchez Ferragut, and Marketing Manager, Noemí Díaz Matute, represented TM Real Estate Group in person to collect the awards.
Strict qualitative and quantitative criteria govern the allocation of prizes, with TM excelling in each of these categories with the projects presented.
Sunset Cliffs, recognised as one of the company’s most iconic projects on the Costa Blanca, won the “Residential high-rise development” category. Located in Benidorm, it consists of 2 towers with a total of 280 dwellings, 24 and 30 storeys high, respectively. This residential complex is designed to make the most of its spectacular location, with its ambitious and elegant appearance and balconies which make you feel as if you are in the sea.
On the other hand, Flamenca Village, a residential complex on Flamenca Beach in Orihuela, won the “Residential Development 20+Units for Spain” category. Boasting over 6,500 square metres of greenery, this development has a pleasing village feel, offering peace and tranquillity in a sustainable environment.
