TM Real Estate Group, Alicante’s leading company in the residential, hotel and holiday tourism sector, specialising in the construction and development of second homes on the Mediterranean and Caribbean coasts, has reached an agreement with Estepona City Council to extend their Residential Exclusion Prevention Project.

The initiative, launched in 2019, from which 12 families in Estepona have benefited, involves helping to pay rent, fully or partially, for families in the municipality that are at risk of social exclusion or find themselves in a situation of special need.

The agreement, which was signed today at the City Hall, will be in force until 2025, during which time the real estate company undertakes to donate €15,000 towards the rent payments of the selected families.

“This agreement is part of our Corporate Responsibility Master Plan and our responsible management model, as a line of social action aimed at facilitating access to housing for disadvantaged groups in the localities in which we operate,” explained Ángeles Serna, Chairwoman of TM Real Estate Group.

José María García Urbano, Mayor of Estepona, thanked TM Real Estate Group for its collaboration and highlighted that this action is in line with the management and social programmes carried out by Estepona City Council to help the most vulnerable people. The Mayor added that it contributes to well-being and quality of life in the city.
