The development company from Alicante, leader in the residential tourism industry in Spain, will undertake a residential project for the first time in the province of Valencia. The company, which is currently the main sponsor of Valencia CF, acquires with this transaction a total of 18,000 m2 expected to be used to build a total of 281 homes in the area.
TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a responsible benchmark holding company in the residential tourism, hotel and vacation industries from Alicante, specialising in the construction and development of second homes along the Mediterranean coast and in the Caribbean, acquires 18,000 m2 of land in the Valencian municipality of El Puig, the company’s first investment in the province of Valencia.
The new residential project will consist of the construction of 281 homes, of which 245 will be apartments and the remaining 36 will be designed as semi-detached houses.
Located only 17 kilometres from Valencia, TM’s new development will show the company’s Mediterranean essence always applied to its projects and will be placed in the sea-front of El Puig, with direct access to the esplanade and excellent sea views. In addition, the future development will have a common area with sports equipment, pools, extensive garden areas, thus matching the unique construction style TM applies to all its residential projects.
