TM Real Estate Group, a leading Alicante-based company in the residential, hotel, and vacation tourism sector, specializing in the construction and promotion of homes along the Mediterranean coast and the Mexican Caribbean, has organized two business networking events in the Czech Republic and Poland as part of its international expansion plan and entrance into new markets. These events were held in collaboration with Valencia CF and LALIGA and highlighted the positive impact on Spanish tourism generated by the excellent real estate investment opportunities available in the Mediterranean coast and the ability of Spanish football and its clubs to attract high-quality tourism.
Designed as networking events aimed at TM Real Estate Group’s current and potential clients, collaborating companies, and the business sectors of each country, the events provided a perfect platform to promote Spain’s opportunities as a real estate investment destination. TM Real Estate Group showcased its expertise in constructing homes along the Mediterranean coast and the Mexican Caribbean, with more than 25,000 homes delivered during its 55-year history.
The event in the Czech Republic took place in Prague on November 24 under the theme “Tourism and Investment: Spain, a destination for new opportunities.” It was held at the Andaz Prague by Hyatt hotel and organized by TM Real Estate Group. Participants included Miguel Ángel Bossio, ambassador and legend of Valencia CF; Jaime Navarro, LALIGA’s delegate in Central Europe; and Vicente Dosdá, Vice President of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Czech Republic, along with dignitaries such as Diego Ruiz Alonso. The event featured a panel discussion on the appeal of real estate and football for international tourism, followed by a cocktail reception and gifts for attendees.
On Wednesday, November 27, the company hosted a second event at the Hotel Barceló Warszawa Powiśle in Warsaw. This event also featured Valencia CF, LALIGA, the Official Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Poland, and Turespaña. Discussions were focused on how to boost European tourism in Spain by building a unique destination through the collaboration of strong sectors such as real estate and football. Miguel Tendillo, ambassador and legend of Valencia CF, emphasized the importance of “supporting our main sponsor, connecting with our fan base in other countries, and promoting Mediterranean culture through this international tour, which is a shared identity between Valencia CF and TM Real Estate Group.”
This event marked the second such gathering TM organized in Poland this year, underscoring the strategic importance of this country in its internationalization efforts.
Aligned with its international strategy, TM plans to host additional actions and events in various countries throughout 2025.
