Service Provider Recognition Programme: driving the values that define us

A company is more than a series of specialisations. It has a whole philosophy behind it that defines what it does. At TM we have always maintained that our work goes beyond housing construction: it also implies transmitting and promoting our code of ethics, and our values of solvency, commitment, leadership, innovation, customer orientation and results.

 

Our goal: excellence in all operations

At TM we have enjoyed great relationships with companies and suppliers for many years, which are all good examples of our shared philosophies contributing to a higher degree of excellence in all our projects. So, we put on our thinking caps and said… Why don’t we publicly acknowledge the efforts and commitment of all these professionals?

 

This is why this summer we devised the Service Provider Recognition Programme, a TM initiative in which we give public recognition to companies with which we work, and which are committed to quality and closely aligned with our fundamental values.

 

A public recognition of great work

The main aim of this programme is to publicly acknowledge our service providers and suppliers. As a channel for this, we announce the companies we select on a monthly basis on our social network profiles, and strive to enhance the visibility of these professionals deserving distinction as yet another way to thank them for their work.

 

Since we started this initiative, the Recognition Programme has distinguished the following companies:

August

Air Clima Vega Baja SL.: For their expertise in providing after-sales responses, for their good relations with employees and customers, and for their speedy availability whenever they are called in.

Cesur: For their efficiency and response in solving problems, and for their rapid response in resoling incidents, even when they are outside normal warranty periods.

September

Grup Novallevant: For their commitment at demanding moments, when we have had to resolve incidents in both electrical and plumbing systems, especially on weekends and outside normal working hours.

October

Napal S.L.: For their selfless collaboration in meeting our requirements, in all kinds of installations and infrastructures at Mar de Pulpí, even outside normal working hours, on holidays and at weekends. They always place high value on being on the spot to solve problems, and offer the best solutions they can find.

Inmesur S.L.: For their speedy response to the requirements of our After Sales Department, even at third-party projects, dealing with incidents in an efficient manner, reporting in detail and even proposing possible improvements

 

At year’s end, we take stock of the whole year and choose several finalists from amongst our distinction winners who go on to enjoy a special annual recognition.

At TM we believe you can only grow in good company, and if you grow alongside the finest of collaborators, that growth can be spectacular. Thanks to all of you for your great work!
