Once again this year, TM has actively collaborated with various social projects and initiatives in the aim of making a fairer and more equal society. Among others, we highlight our donation of funds to the ‘Project for the Prevention of Residential Exclusion‘, led by the Molina de Segura City Council and the Red Cross to help with rent payments to 45 families in need.

Through this initiative, and in partnership with Molina de Segura Red Cross branch, TM Real Estate Group has formally committed to support partially the rental expenses of local families in risk of social exclusion.

This action is part of the agreement signed between the Molina de Segura City Council and the Spanish Red Cross with the aim of managing economic benefits related to temporary rentals, and that pursues to alleviate or prevent emergency situations in which the access to the habitual residence may be at risk.

Other steps taken by the company in this direction include the donation of toys to Torrevieja Red Cross Branch for the Christmas campaign and our provision of funds to the Alhama Red Cross program that grants access to housing.

We believe that small gestures are great advances and therefore we will continue to involve in social initiatives and solidarity actions in upcoming year.
