A Place to Be is a monthly programme of experiences and activities, exclusively for TM homeowners, tailored to allow you to enjoy events near your home. Each activity has been designed by our trusted operators, experienced companies that you can contact directly with any questions or queries you may have.

There is a wide range of activities in three categories: adventure, culture and food.  As a TM homeowner, you can access the experiences in each area to make the most of the whole Mediterranean coast.

Costa Blanca

From north to south, the Costa Blanca has more than 200 kilometres of coastline with 170 beaches and coves bathed by 300 days of sunshine a year. Countless charming villages and towns are framed by unique views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The premier activities we offer include tastings of wines from the province of Alicante, as well as local beers, nougat and chocolate tastings, cultural tours of the different towns and cities, visits to Santa Barbara Castle, the Caves of Canelobre and Busot or the Salt Lakes of Torrevieja.

Costa de Almería

Almería is synonymous with joy, cuisine and folklore. Its more than 200 kilometres of coastline are home to magnificent unspoiled beaches, sandy beaches, pebble beaches and secret coves, as well as the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Nature Reserve.

Among the most enriching experiences are a visit to an artisan cheese producer, a visit to an ecological farm, an excursion to the Cartago Nova, a visit to the giant Pulpí geode, tours around Cabo de Gata or access to the Western Fort Bravo film sets.

Costa del Sol

The inhabitants of the Costa del Sol are blessed with more than 325 days of sunshine a year. A total of 150km of Mediterranean coastline means that you can enjoy the sea from all points. It’s impossible not to immerse yourself in the flamenco culture of Andalusia.

Among the most spectacular activities are the cuisine and tapas tasting in Marbella, several tours in different cities such as Malaga, Marbella and Mijas, an excursion to the Caminito del Rey and adventures with the classic Mini Mokes.

Costa de Mallorca
