The Fives Hotels & Residences,the hotel business division of TM Real Estate Group, a leading Alicante-based holding company in the residential, hotel and responsible holiday tourism industry on the Mediterranean and Caribbean coast, has strengthened its presence in the Riviera Maya with The Beachfront Suites by The Fives Hotels, an exclusive boutique hotel designed for adults in the Riviera Maya.

This luxury hotel, located in Xcalacoco (Playa del Carmen), is scheduled to start operations starting spring 2024 and features 50 beachfront and ocean view suites, which will allow guests to enjoy panoramic ocean views, a private beach club and premium services and amenities in a paradisiacal setting.

This new hotel adds to the 1,000 hotel keys already managed by The Fives through its resorts The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences and The Fives Downtown Hotel & Residences, in Playa del Carmen, and The Fives Oceanfront, in Puerto Morelos. This project therefore joins The Fives’ prestigious collection of hotels that offer a unique style of sensory hospitality, thanks to its exclusive “all senses inclusive” concept, based on the brand’s differentiating pillars: All Senses Hospitality, Residence-Style Suites, Fives Ambassadors, Culinary Experience and Fun and Wellness.

25% of the Group’s turnover

TM Real Estate Group’s hotel business division in Mexico, operated under the brand name The Fives Hotels & Residences, closed last year with a record turnover of €65m, 44% higher than the figures for 2021. Currently, it already accounts for 25% of the Group’s total turnover.
